Established in 1933 by the husband and wife team of David & Laura Beach, Marshall County Abstract Company is one of the oldest businesses on Broadway in Marysville, Kansas. The company was purchased in 1954 by partners Robert F. & Glenna D. Galloway and W. Arlyn and Jean Kraemer. After the death of Mr. Kraemer in 1977. The Kraemer interest was purchased by the law firm of Galloway, Wiegers, Sprouse and Heeney. Following the acquisition of the Eddy Abstract & Title Company in 1987, the business was incorporated under the name of Marshall County Abstract & Title Company, Inc. Current stockholder is Patricia M. Holle who actively operate the business.
